Tina represents clients on all facets of corporate law from business formations to venture capital financings. Tina started her legal career as a corporate associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Subsequently, she worked at Hemenway & Barnes LLP and at The Center for Women & Enterprise in Boston, where she assisted women entrepreneurs’ access to venture capital.
She served as General Counsel at Ennovate Networks, Inc. handling all legal matters for the technology start-up, and at East Hill Management Company, LLC in Providence, where she managed the company’s venture capital funds and their portfolio investments.
Tina has taught business law, contract drafting, venture capital financing, and legal research and writing courses at Boston University School of Law and served as the interim co-director at BU Law’s Start-up Law Clinic. Tina has also taught courses in business law at Northeastern University, Boston University, Curry College, and Assumption College.
